Jose Landeros spent nearly twenty years inside public institutions — building capital programs, standing up organizations, and carrying ideas from the drafting table through adoption and delivery. Along the way he served on international, national, regional, and local boards and committees, the rooms where elected leadership, professional staff, and outside partners have to arrive at a common answer — a vantage point that shaped how he works: fluent with the people who decide and the people who deliver.
He founded C3 on a simple conviction: that this kind of experience is rare outside government and useful far beyond it.
